The Permissions and Dispensations Form will be stamped with the Chancellor’s seal and should be printed double-sided. Please remember to change your printer settings to “Flip on short edge” before printing. If printed correctly, the dotted lines on the front line up with the dotted lines on the back.
El Formulario de Permisos y Dispensas se sellará con el sello del Canciller y se debe imprimir a doble cara. Recuerde cambiar la configuración de su impresora a “Flip on short edge” antes de imprimir. Si se imprime correctamente, las líneas punteadas en el frente se alinean con las líneas punteadas en la parte posterior.
