Resources for Parish Celebrations
What will your parish plan for their Assembly: Archdiocesan Eucharistic Congress celebration on Friday, November 3, 2023? The following are a few ideas and recommendations. You are not limited to these ideas.

Novena for the Eucharistic Revival
The last day of the Novena for the Eucharistic Revival will occur on November 3.

A Holy Hour or a moment of Eucharistic Adoration
For Eucharistic Adoration, please see: Holy Communion and Worship of the Eucharist Outside Mass – Chapter 3, part 1. Form of Worship of the Holy Eucharist / Rite of Eucharistic Exposition and Benediction
You might include the Litany of the Holy Eucharist found here.

Blessing of Pilgrimage
As part of your parish celebrations, consider including a Blessing of Pilgrimage for those attending the Eucharistic Congress on Saturday, to conclude your evening. Find the blessing in the Book of Blessings: Chapter 8: Orders for the Blessing of Pilgrims (See no. 594 regarding adaptation Chapter 71: Order for a Blessing to be Used in Various Circumstances.

Eucharistic Talk and Discussion
Your parish group may organize a Eucharistic talk followed by guided discussion.

Prayers of Intercession for a Blessed and Fruitful Congress
Selected intercessions from these collections may be added to any prayer service:

General Intercessions (ES) (PDF)
In addition to these, more specific intercession may be prayed:

An Evening of Scripture and Eucharist Music
Ask your lectors and music ministers come together to lead a Scripture Service interlaced with Eucharistic Music.

An Activity with Children
While the adults are gathered for prayer or some other adult-focused activity, the little ones can be engaged in studying about the Mass. Receiving Jesus: My Guide to the Mass from Ascencion Press is a good resource to help their love for the Mass grow.
