Join Catholic Charities and San Antonio Birth Doulas for this family event as we share demonstrations and learn about amazing organizations that benefit San Antonio’s growing families!
Demonstrations and Informational Sessions
Free informational classes will be taught at the San Antonio Birth Doulas’ office located inside the Wonderland of Americas, Suite A17. All pregnant people and support persons welcome. Attendees will receive a SWAG bag and the opportunity to shop in our baby boutique at no cost!
Demonstrations include: Safe Sleep; Hands Only CPR; Benefits of a Doula; 5 point Car seat Check; Babyproofing; Babywearing; Water Safety
Informational session topics include: Partner’s Supporting Pregnancy; Eating Smart with Fruits and Vegetables; How to Build a Birth Plan; Intro to Infant Feeding; Get Active; Partner’s Supporting Labor and Birth; Control Your Blood Pressure; Planning and Supporting the Postpartum Journey; Learning Through Play
