Espectacular Juventud

Youth Spectacular 2024  tendrá lugar el Saturday, April 13, 2024 a Universidad de Santa María from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. The cost is $25 per person, which includes admission, lunch, dinner, and an event t-shirt.

Registrations must be completed by the youth minister at your parish. Those interested in participating should contact their parish’s youth minister to register.

¿Qué es Juventud Espectacular?

Youth Spectacular es la principal reunión anual de nuestra Iglesia local para y con los jóvenes. Juventud Espectacular se celebra para evangelizar, inspirar, formar e impulsar a los jóvenes a convertirse en verdaderos discípulos misioneros de Jesucristo, impulsados por el Espíritu Santo. El propósito final del Espectacular de la Juventud es transformar a nuestros jóvenes católicos en la fuerza impulsora de la Nueva Evangelización en sus hogares, sus escuelas, parroquias y comunidades. 

2024 Theme: REVEALED

Throughout history, God has chosen to reveal himself in many ways. As the prophet Jeremiah states, “When you look for me, you will find me. Yes, when you seek me with all your heart” (29:13). Our 2024 theme “Revealed” explores how God reveals himself to those who seek him. Youth Spectacular offers an opportunity to discover the ways that God reveals himself to us through community, prayer, service, sacraments, and the charisms of the saints. 

What can I expect this year?

This year’s Youth Spectacular will include opportunities to build fellowship among the youth in the local Church. Participants will have a chance to attend Mass celebrated by Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller, M.Sp.S., pray together in adoration, be healed in the sacrament of Reconciliation, experience the beauty of praise and worship, plus take part in games, activities, and much more. 

What details do I need to know?

Youth Spectacular will take place at Universidad de Santa María on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. The cost is $25.00 per person, which includes admission, lunch, dinner, and an event t-shirt.

How do I register?

We encourage all youth in the Archdiocese of San Antonio to attend Youth Spectacular 2024. However, registrations must be completed by the youth minister at your parish. Those interested in participating should contact their parish’s youth minister to register.
