UIW’s Light the Way Holiday Festival is back!

UIW’s annual celebration, the 35th Annual Light the Way Holiday Festival sponsored by H-E-B, was held November 20.

After one year as a drive-thru event, the 35th Annual Light the Way Holiday Festival sponsored by H-E-B returned to a one-day event filled with food, fun, shopping, eating, live entertainment, fireworks and, of course, a million Christmas lights! Local vendors were featured in the Holiday shopping alley with handmade crafts, special gifts and lots of fun products. Guests did not go hungry in the SA Food Truck Association Food Truck Yard, which featured over a dozen food and dessert trucks. And the night was capped off by a fireworks show. Light the Way will remain illuminated every night until Jan. 6, 2022, the Feast of the Epiphany.
