Campus Ministry @ Trinity University

Trinity University’s Catholic Student Group (CSG) is interested in cultivating our Catholic faith and glorifying God throughout campus and San Antonio. We are a student led community that gathers to celebrate Mass every Sunday at 5 PM during the fall and spring semester. Lectio Divina, a meditation and scriptural reading over the upcoming Sunday’s gospel, is held every Wednesday at 7 PM in the Chapel Reception Room. During our meetings, we have opportunities to further strengthen our faith and and prayer life and discern how we may apply it to our daily lives through discussions. We offer daily rosaries (the time varies every semester) to Our Blessed Mother and pray for personal petitions as well as those struggling throughout the world.

We aim to provide spiritual and moral guidance and leadership for all students on campus. In doing this, we encourage participation from non-Catholic members in order to enhance the spiritual community on campus between members of different faiths and to educate members and other students about common practices, traditions, rituals, services, and doctrines of the Catholic Church. We also provide opportunities for members to apply their faith in active and meaningful ways through fellowship and community service.
