Bringing a bag to the Assembly? The security team at St. Mary’s University instated a bag check policy this year and will be checking bags before entering Greehey Arena.
Consider leaving bags at home or in your vehicle to avoid bag check and use the “Express Line” entrance. Your shoulders and the security team will thank you!
St. Mary’s University and the Archdiocese of San Antonio are not responsible for any items left in your vehicles. Please do not leave valuables in plain sight.
Strollers are not permitted inside the arena. Strollers may be checked in at the Kid’s Zone located right outside of Greehey Arena and checked out upon departure.
Arrive early to enjoy coffee, water, granola bars and a choice of pastries available in the Auxiliary Gym until 9 a.m.
Accessible parking lots are available (for those with applicable permits). Golf Cart transportation will be available in all parking lots to drive attendees to Greehey Arena.
Elevators and ramps are available in Greehey Arena and the Auxiliary Gym. Restrooms in Greehey Arena are wheelchair accessible.
Accessibile seating will be available in Greehey Arena on the floor level and second floor level.
The production will include flashing lights and loud audio. If a quiet space is needed for those who are sensory sensitive, we invite you outdoors to enjoy the beautiful quiet campus. Event staff wearing red t-shirts are available to assist you if any additional special accommodations are needed.
Sign language interpretation will be available in the arena on the front right, floor level (until 2 p.m.).
If you need simultaneous Spanish translation for the Mass and presentations, you may pick up your headsets inside the Auxiliary Gym. You will be asked to check out a translation device by submitting your driver’s license or other form of identification. Please drop off your translation device after the event.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a light sweater because Greehey Arena can feel cold to some attendees.
Please dress appropriately for Mass but comfortably enough to enjoy the outdoor Food and Fellowship Festival.
Because the Assembly staff and volunteers will be wearing red T-shirts, consider avoiding wearing this color.
